Acquolina (Italian for mouth watering) Ristorante opened its doors on August 1, 1999 under the partnership of Executive Chef Giuseppe Romeo and Host Frank Catalano. The idea was to create a restaurant with casual elegance, great service and most importantly, superb Italian food featuring the freshest ingredients.
